Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Zipers V Card.
  • Service refers to the Zipers V Card platform, including digital visiting card creation and related services.
  • You means the individual or entity using the Service.
  • Subscription refers to any paid plan or service offered by Zipers V Card.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription or service at any time. Once canceled, access to premium features may continue until the end of the current billing period, after which the service will be downgraded or terminated.

Cancellation requests, if applicable, must be made through the official platform or by contacting our support team.


Refund Policy

All payments made for Zipers V Card services are generally non-refundable. Once a digital card is created or a subscription is activated, no refund will be issued.

However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If there is a duplicate payment made by mistake
  • If the service was not delivered due to a technical issue from our side
  • If the request is made within a limited time frame (as decided by the Company)

Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable period of time using the original method of payment.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial usage of the service
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Violation of Terms and Conditions leading to account suspension

Service Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. In such cases, refunds may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
